This offer is available to the first 5000 registered customers who create a betPawa account between Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and Friday 31st January 2025. Your risk-free Sports or Virtuals bet will qualify, provided it’s settled within 28 days of the date it’s placed. We’ll aim to refund you within an hour of the bet being settled, and you’ll have 14 days to use this refund.

Terms and conditions
1. This offer is available to the first 5000 registered customers who opened an account with Lesotho betPawa (betpawa.ls) between Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and Friday 31st January 2025.
2. In order to qualify for the promotion, a money deposit must be made before placing the qualifying bet.
3. The qualifying bet can be pre-match or in-play on Sports or Virtuals and has to be settled within 28 days of the date it is placed.
4. There are no minimum stake, leg or odds requirements for the qualifying bet.
5. There is no requirement to opt in to the promotion: the risk-free Sports or Virtuals bet placed after depositing money will be the qualifying bet.
6. Only the risk-free bet after the money deposit qualifies for the promotion; if the qualifying bet has been placed, it cannot be recalled or altered in any way.
7. If your qualifying bet loses, we will credit your Lesotho betPawa account with 100% of the stake of the qualifying bet as a bonus, up to a maximum total amount of 40 LSL.
8. The credit will be added to your betPawa account around an hour after the bet has been settled.
9. If a Cashout offer is accepted on the qualifying bet, it will not be eligible for the promotion, as your bet won’t have been settled as lost.
10. If your qualifying bet does not meet the specified criteria, you lose the right to participate in the promotion.
11. Your reward will be documented in your betPawa Statement (check https://www.betpawa.ls/statements when logged in) as "Risk-free Bet Refund".
12. You can use the awarded credit on any of the betPawa products within 14 calendar days of the time the credit was added to your account.
13. The credit will expire after 14 calendar days and will be removed from your betPawa account if unused.
14. If your qualifying bet is voided, for instance, due to a match being postponed, your stake will be refunded. in full in accordance with the betPawa Rules; in such an event, there will be no reinstatement of the promotion on the account, compensation or credit granted of any sorts
15. This offer is only available once per first 5000 registered Lesotho customers: any attempts to create additional accounts by the same account beneficiary owner to exploit the offer may result in a permanent ban.
